Sarah Michelle Gellar has officially changed her name to Sarah Michelle Prinze.The former ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’ actress surprised her husband Freddie Prinze Jr. by taking his surname to mark the couple’s five-year wedding anniversary in September.A source close to the actress said: “She officially changed her name to Sarah Michelle Prinze in honour of the occasion.”On their September 1 anniversary, she showed Freddie her new driver’s license after they had had a romantic dinner together. It was so sweet!”
