The actor admitted that his daughter had managed to accomplish what the CIA failed to do in three Bourne films – take out Jason Bourne.Earlier this week, Damon, 36, pinched a nerve in his neck while feeding and holding his daughter as she slept. “My 14-month old daughter Isabella did me in — something no killer can,” he joked to the German newspaper Bild.Damon soldiered on through the Berlin premiere of The Bourne Ultimatum on Tuesday night, signing numerous autographs for fans who had waited to see him, and posing for many who wanted to take photographs of themselves with their hero.But he was a no-show at the party afterwards, citing pain from his pinched nerve for his absence.He was sporting at least four tiny gold needles in his ear where an acupuncturist had tried to reduce his pain. The acupuncture got Damon through the premiere, but he left the afterparty hosting duties to co-stars Edgar Ramirez and Julia Stiles.When Damon left Berlin on Wednesday afternoon, he was reportedly a wearing neck brace.

Matt Damon has said that believes fellow actor, and friend Ben Affleck made “bad choices,” and that’s why his acting career is ruined. “The Bourne Ultimatum” star said that he thinks Ben’s career has gone south due to his choice of film roles and the media attention from his romance with Jennifer Lopez.“He picked things that in hindsight weren’t a good choice. I also think that if you end up on the cover of gossip magazine you’re (expletive),” Damon says. “When people see you all the time there’s no mystery about you any more and no-one’s going to wants to go see your movies.”The pair are allegedly planning to work together on another film in the future.

When Matt Damon and pal Ben Affleck were struggling actors, they lived in a modest apartment near Hollywood Boulevard. Damon said he used to look at the stars on the boulevard sidewalk and dreamed of seeing his name on one of them someday. So when it came time to receive one Wednesday, Damon reacted with disbelief. “A few times in my life I’ve had these experiences that are just kind of too big to process and this looks like it’s going to be one of those times,” Damon said during a Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony attended by his wife, mother and a throng of screaming fans.The star of upcoming thriller “The Bourne Ultimatum,” then gave a nod to his hometown baseball team.“I’m thankful the Red Sox are in first place,” said Damon, who grew up in the Boston area.
