That home ? with its 11 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms ? is Los Angeles County’s largest house.The new place will also be a record-breaker: At $2,848 a square foot, it’s the most anyone’s paid for a condo unit in L.A. She intends to move there in about a year.And while Spelling had previous sworn she wasn’t selling the home she and her husband dubbed “The Manor,” her lawyer tells the Associated Press she is selling the house and downscaling her lifestyle after the death of her husband.
