
The last little piggy in Federline’s “wee, wee, wee all the way home” lineup to be subpoenaed was Larry Rudolph, Britney Spear’s ex manager.Despite his very best efforts to stay in hiding, Rudolph, was served his subpoena Thursday morning, reports Perez Hilton.He was handed a summons to appear in court in the ongoing custody brawl between the Brit and Kevin Federline.K-FedÂ’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, had Rudolph served inside a Sunset Tan location in West Los Angeles.TMZ.com has revealed the list being subpoenaed in K-Fed’s move to grab 70/30 custody — Alli Sims, Promises Treatment Center, Dr. Betty Wyman (Brit’s designated sober companion), Larry Rudolph (Spears’ former manager), Daimon Shippen (former bodyguard), Shannon Funk (former assistant) and Christine Hallet (former nanny).
