Nearly-naked TV star Amanda Holden feels properly dressed only with her high heels, it seems. The saucy Britain’s Got Talent star stripped to just her knickers - and used her sparkling heels to cover her topless chest. Actress and presenter Holden is one of a number of stars to pose with their sexy shoes for the Heels That Heal campaign to raise funds for research into women’s health issues.Holden, 38, bravely posed for the photos to help reach a £500,000 target to help young women dealing with issues such pre-menstrual syndrome, endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome, as well as those suffering from ovarian and cervical cancer.
